Risotto bitterballen

Bitterballen made from risotto and baby spinach.

Ingredients

Baby spinach
1Pack risotto balls spinach and gorgonzola
Artichoke cream

Preparation

  1. Grill the spinach in a perforated pan on the BBQ (200°C, about 3 minutes) with oil and a little salt.
  2. Fry the risotto balls.
  3. Serve the risotto balls with artichoke cream and place them on a bed of grilled spinach.
