A croissant waffle with ice cream, a sweet treat.Inspired by the 'brioche con gelato' from Sicily, 'ice on the bun' is the trend for this summer.
Ingredients
golden croissant
powdered sugar or decorative snow
White chocolate ice cream
cheesecake topping
white chocolate spaghetti
Preparation
Step 1
- Let the golden croissants thaw.
- Place them in a waffle iron at 180°C for about 6 minutes until a croissant waffle forms.
- Sift powdered sugar over them. Tip: use decorative snow, it doesn't melt.
- Scoop a ball of white chocolate ice cream on top.
- Pipe the cheesecake topping over it and garnish with white chocolate spaghetti.
