Preparation
- Blend the gorgonzola smooth together with the mascarpone.
- Freeze in the desired shape.
- Mix the forest fruit puree with water and kappa and heat to boiling point.
- Blend smooth with the immersion blender.
- Dip the frozen cheese balls in the forest fruit jelly and place them on a taralli cookie.
