Preparation

  1. Cut the salmon to the desired size.
  2. Marinate the salmon for a few minutes in the ponzu.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with the Tare.
  4. Seared the salmon with a blowtorch or over the gas stove.
  5. Place the salmon on a piece of tempura wasabi chips.
  6. Top the salmon with the furikake.
