2Oyster sauce
300gWater
Oyster mushrooms
250gBeer batter
Red chili pepper
garlic sauce
Pomegranate
Chives (finely chopped)

Preparation

  1. Make a batter from the batter, water, and oyster sauce.
  2. Tear the oyster mushrooms into a 'triangular shape'.
  3. Dip the oyster mushrooms in the batter and fry to the desired color (180°C).
  4. Drizzle with the garlic sauce, top with red chili and finely chopped chives.
  5. Use pomegranate for the finishing touch.
