Preparation
- Make a batter from tempura and water (yogurt thickness).
- Cover a slice of Parma ham with basil cress.
- Wrap the tomato in the Parma ham.
- Skewer the tomato and dip it in the batter.
- Fry briefly at approx. 180°C until the desired color.
- Top the tomato with the desired sauce.
