Red cabbage
Egg white
Scamorza
Kataifi
Spicy mango ketchup
Preparation
- Pat the red cabbage dry.
- Grate the scamorza and mix with the red cabbage.
- Freeze in the desired shape (for example, as balls).
- Defrost the kataifi and loosen a portion.
- Place the frozen red cabbage and scamorza mixture inside.
- Form a ball and dip in the egg white. Make sure to form a tight ball.
- Freeze the balls.
- Fry at 180°C until the desired color.
- Top the balls with spicy mango ketchup.
