Preparation
- Remove the membranes from the picanha.
- Grind the picanha through the tartare grinder.
- Season with the dressing and chives. Add pepper and salt if desired.
- Mix the flour with water and the spices into a thin batter.
- Dip the pulled oyster mushroom in the batter and fry until crispy.
