
Hungarian sauerkraut with sweet potato and paprika prawn crackers

200mlApple juice

15gSweet paprika powder
120gCrème fraîche

Preparation
- Slowly cook the onions in a pan with garlic, bell pepper, and paprika powder.
- Wash the sauerkraut in plenty of water. Let drain.
- Add the sauerkraut to the pan with apple juice and sour cream.
- Let simmer gently for at least 1 hour.
- Wash the sweet potato. Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake the potato for 1 hour at 180°C in the oven (or barbecue).
- Remove the foil and peel. Cut the potato into thick slices.
- Season the potato with pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Fry the skins into prawn crackers in the fryer at 180°C.
- Let drain on paper.
