Preparation
- Heat the butter to about 40°C.
- Remove the pan from the heat source.
- The king crab legs are pre-cooked and split, remove the meat and place it in the butter.
- Cut the avocado into cubes.
- Break or cut the empty legs to the desired size.
- Cut the lukewarm king crab into pieces and place a piece of crab back into the legs.
- Add the avocado and a piece of salty finger.
- Sprinkle a few grains of fleur de sel on the king crab.
