Piri Piri Chicken with a honey-ginger glaze.

Ingredients

Frango Piri Piri

4Wild herb honey
4Sunflower oil
2Ginger syrup

Preparation

  1. Fry the chicken drumsticks for about 3.5 minutes at 180°C.

  1. Mix the honey, ginger syrup, and sunflower oil and heat briefly.

  1. Dip the chicken drumettes in the honey-ginger glaze and serve.
