Black quinoa prawn crackers

Vegetarian prawn crackers made from quinoa.

Ingredients

40gPotato starch
Salt
400gquinoa cooked
5Water

Preparation

  1. Heat the quinoa with the potato starch and water. Bring to a boil. Blend until smooth in a blender or use whole.
  2. Spread out on a baking mat or parchment paper. Dry in a dehydrator for 1 hour. Fry at 190°C.
