Crispy citrus fruit slices

Thin slices of citrus fruit with powdered sugar, slowly dried into a crispy garnish. Fresh, decorative, and 100% natural.

Tip: instead of powdered sugar, you can also dip the slices in a heavy sugar syrup before drying.

Ingredients

Powdered sugar
citrus fruit

Preparation

  1. Slice citrus fruit with peel into thin slices and pat dry.
  2. Dust both sides with powdered sugar and dry at 70°C for about 14 hours.
  3. Flip the slices halfway through.
