Thin slices of citrus fruit with powdered sugar, slowly dried into a crispy garnish. Fresh, decorative, and 100% natural.Tip: instead of powdered sugar, you can also dip the slices in a heavy sugar syrup before drying.

Preparation
- Slice citrus fruit with peel into thin slices and pat dry.
- Dust both sides with powdered sugar and dry at 70°C for about 14 hours.
- Flip the slices halfway through.
