Fresh goat cheese
Sunflower oil

Preparation
- Roll the goat cheese into nice balls.
- Let the kataifi dough thaw and pull the strands apart.
- Dip the goat cheese in egg white and then roll it in the kataifi dough.
- Dip the whole thing again in egg white, squeeze well, and press the dough tightly around it. Store in the fridge until use.
- For serving, make a nice oil from, for example, sunflower oil, smoked oil, and smoked paprika powder, and fry the goat cheese balls in it until crispy and hot.
- Roll the goat cheese balls well in the oil while frying so they cook evenly.
