
Crispy cookies made with sushi rice
Delicious bite to accompany Asian dishes.Ingredients
1Sushi rice
1.35Water
200mlRice vinegar
herbs or dried seaweed of your choice
Preparation
- Wash the sushi rice and let it soak for 15 minutes. Drain well.
- Cook the rice for 40 minutes (rice cooker) in the water. The rice should be fully cooked.
- Season with the rice vinegar. Then blend completely in the food processor with herbs or dried seaweed. If the rice is too dry, you can add some water.
- Spread out on a silpat and then dry in the oven at 120°C for about 1.5 hours until crispy.
