150gFlour
teaspoon powdered sugar
Salt to taste
400mlButtermilk
50gcorn grits
Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, cornmeal, salt, and buttermilk into a batter.
- Dip the peppers in this batter and fry in oil until crispy.
- Salt afterwards and serve immediately.
