Pasteurized egg white
Salt
Sesame seeds
Green food coloring
Preparation
- Brush brick pastry with pasteurized egg white, to which a little salt and a drop of green food coloring have been added.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (or other garnish) and bake at 170°C.
