200glime sorbet
Cocoa butter
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients into an ice shake.
- Melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter.
- Make round balls of the sorbet and freeze well.
- Dip the balls in the chocolate and store in the freezer.
- Pour the ice cream shake into a glass.
- Place the chocolate ice cream balls on top of the glass.
