Lemon thyme
Limoncello Spritz
2Scoops of limoncello sorbet
Prosecco
Lemon slice
50mlLimoncello

Preparation

  1. Put 2 scoops of limoncello sorbet in a glass.
  2. Pour the limoncello over it.
  3. Top with prosecco to create a 'float'.
  4. Optionally, use a premixed Limoncello Spritz as an alternative.
  5. Garnish with a fresh or dried lemon slice and lemon thyme.
