
Loaded fries with jackfruit and vadouvan mayonnaise
The trend of fries with luxury toppings has been developing for several years.Our chefs have their own favorites that they are happy to share with you, so you can take your fries dishes to a higher and more creative level!
Ingredients
fresh fries
pickled red cabbage
jackfruit bar-b-que
vadouvan mayonnaise (see recipe below)
Preparation
- Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
- Fry the jackfruit in a pan over high heat until crispy.
- Spoon the jackfruit onto the fries and add some red cabbage in between.
- Serve with vadouvan mayonnaise*.
