Ingredients

Pickle
seaweed chips
steakhouse fries
plaice goujonettes
seaweed mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Fry the fries at 180°C until crispy.
  2. Fry the plaice goujonettes in oil until crispy.
  3. Spoon the plaice goujonettes onto the fries.
  4. Serve with seaweed mayonnaise*, pickles, and seaweed chips.
