Preparation
- Spread the Pringles from one tube (70 grams) in an oven dish.
- Crumble goat cheese over the chips and drizzle hot honey on top.
- Briefly heat in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Meanwhile, fry the chorizo cubes and distribute them, along with the released oil, over the chips.
- Add sriracha mayonnaise to taste.
- Finely chop the peppadews, cucumber, spring onion, and chives.
- First sprinkle with peppadews and finish with cucumber, spring onion, and chives.
