Lyre's Amaretti Sour

Name: Lyre's Amaretti Sour
Ingredients: 15 ml Lemon juice; 5 ml Sugar syrup (1:1); 75 ml Lyre's Amaretti; 10 ml Egg white (or vegan alternative such as chickpea water); 3 Drops of aromatic bitters; Lemon wedge; Maraschino cherries

A delicious sweet and sour cocktail with a hint of almond and egg white.

Ingredients

15mlLemon juice

5mlSugar syrup (1:1)

75mlLyre's Amaretti

10mlEgg white (or vegan alternative such as chickpea water)

3Drops of aromatic bitters

Lemon wedge

Maraschino cherries

Preparation

Shake quickly with ice and strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and a maraschino cherry.
