Ingredients

200gcocktail red fruits
80gChampagne
80gCover jelly
4units.itemsscoop of vanilla ice cream
finely chopped mint

Preparation

  1. Mix the red fruit with the champagne and the glaze.
  2. Gently heat until the glaze is fully melted.
  3. Let it cool again to room temperature.
  4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the meringue, spoon the fruit mixture over it, and garnish with mint.
