cocktail pita breads
tuna mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Sear the veal eye round on all sides and chill.
  2. Slice the veal eye round thinly.
  3. Bake the mini pita breads in a preheated oven.
  4. Cut the pita breads open slightly and place the sliced veal eye round inside.
  5. Serve with tuna mayonnaise, capers, and arugula.
