Chives
Butterhead lettuce
Mortadella
Provolone
Pepper mayonnaise
Pain bagnat white
Preparation
- Toast the bread on the griddle.
- Fry three slices of mortadella on the griddle.
- Slice the provolone and place it on the mortadella, then fry together.
- Briefly flip the packages so the cheese gets warm.
- Spread both sides of the bread with pepper mayonnaise.
- Add some butter lettuce, then the three mortadella and provolone packages.
- Garnish with finely chopped chives.
