Naan bread with chicken, mango chutney and chickpeas

This naan bread is topped with a sauce of tikka masala paste and crème fraîche, with chicken, mango chutney, and chickpeas.

Ingredients

Coriander
Crème fraîche
Chickpeas
Cooked Cajun shredded chicken
Paneer
Mango chutney

Tikka masala paste

Preparation

  1. Mix the tikka masala paste with the crème fraîche and spread this over the naan bread.
  2. Top with cubes of paneer and chicken.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the naan bread is crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with mango chutney, puffed chickpeas, and a little coriander.
