Naan toast with chicken and yogurt sauce

Toasted sandwich with an Indian twist.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt
Fresh coriander
Garlic
Crème fraîche
naan bread
tandoori curry sauce
Grated cheddar
Pulled chicken
Red onion

Preparation

  1. Make a sauce to your taste from Greek yogurt, tandoori curry sauce, crème fraîche, garlic, and fresh coriander.
  2. Cut naan bread in two, spread with the tandoori yogurt sauce, and generously top with pulled chicken and some chopped red onion.
  3. Sprinkle with some grated cheddar and make toasties. Garnish with tandoori yogurt sauce.
