Pulled chicken from HANOS is a completely Dutch product made from fresh chicken thigh meat. The deboned thighs are marinated and then slowly cooked sous-vide. After cooking, the meat is quickly cooled and mechanically pulled. Pulled chicken is typically American and is originally served on pizza or a sandwich. In the latter variant, the meat is pre-mixed with a tasty sauce to make it creamy. Nowadays, pulled chicken has many applications, such as in a wrap or through a salad. The pulled chicken is packaged in atmospheric trays of approximately 600 grams. This keeps the product fresh for a long time.
