Preparation
- Heat the beef pastrami on the barbecue and slice thinly.
- Open the pide and spread with barbecue mustard and brava sauce.
- Top with sauerkraut, about 230 grams of the sliced pastrami, pickle slices, and raclette cheese.
- Place under the grill until the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve.
