Paratha with butter chicken

Warm paratha filled with creamy butter chicken, fresh lettuce, and yogurt-sumac for a spicy and comforting dish.This recipe is for approximately 1 person.

Ingredients

Oil
Iceberg lettuce
Spring onion
170gCoconut milk
1Plain paratha
10gButter chicken pasta
Yogurt
100gChicken kebab
sumac

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the frozen plain paratha until golden brown.
  2. Briefly fry the chicken kebab in the pan.
  3. Mix the butter chicken paste with the coconut milk and add to the chicken. Bring to a brief boil.
  4. Finely slice the iceberg lettuce and spring onion.
  5. Mix yogurt with sumac to taste.
  6. Top the paratha with iceberg lettuce, butter chicken, and finish with yogurt-sumac dressing and spring onion.
