Somun with barbecue sausage

Soft somun filled with grilled chicken barbecue sausage, creamy paprika spread, fresh lettuce, and garlic mayonnaise.

This recipe is for approximately 1 person (half a somun and 1 sausage).

Ingredients

Somun flatbread grill
Chicken barbecue sausage Mediterranean
Smoke oil
Iceberg lettuce
Garlic mayonnaise
Sweet and sour red onion
500gChive cream cheese with garlic
1Roasted pepper

Preparation

  1. Bake the somun in the oven at 180°C for about 7 minutes.
  2. Blend the cream cheese with finely chopped roasted bell pepper in a food processor.
  3. Grill the chicken sausage in a grill pan with smoked oil or preferably on the barbecue.
  4. Briefly grill the bread after baking.
  5. Slice the bread open, spread with the mixture, and top with iceberg lettuce and sausage.
  6. Finish with garlic mayonnaise and sweet and sour red onion.
