Shawarma spices
20gSunflower oil
10gKnorr Primerba Garlic
200gHellmann's Vegan Mayo
20units.itemsHoney tomatoes
6units.itemsMini cucumbers
10units.itemsTurkish bread
400gHummus
180gSweet and sour red onion
100gPomegranate seeds
3Sprigs of mint
10Coriander sprigs
Preparation
- Cut the thawed NoChicken Vegan Chicken Pieces into strips and season them with some shawarma spices.
- Fry the seasoned strips in some oil until browned.
- Mix the Primerba garlic into the Hellmann's Vegan mayo.
- Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into the desired shape.
- Briefly warm the flatbread in the oven and then spread it with hummus.
- Top the bread with the sliced tomato, cucumber, red onion, and pomegranate.
- Spread the vegetarian shawarma over it and finish with the herbs.
- Serve the garlic sauce separately.
