Preparation
- Peel the carrots.
- Rub the carrots with olive oil and sea salt.
- Wrap the carrot in aluminum foil.
- Roast the carrots for 1 hour at 180°C until fully cooked.
- Put the caraway seeds in a mortar or coffee grinder and grind to a powder.
- Mix with the sheep's yogurt and season with salt.
- Store the labneh in a piping bag.
- Cut the carrot into bite-sized portions and heat in the oven.
- Top with the hangop.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and the buckwheat.
