Garlic panini
Airy brioche buns infused with fragrant garlic oil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.Ingredients
4Olive oil
brioche buns
10gchopped parsley
Grated mozzarella
25gGarlic paste
40gParmesan cheese
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the garlic with the parsley and olive oil.
- Slice the eight rolls in half.
- Mix well in the garlic–olive oil mixture.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Mix everything again very well (so the oil mixture is well absorbed into the bread).
- Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle some grated mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted and serve.
