Garlic panini

Airy brioche buns infused with fragrant garlic oil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

4Olive oil
brioche buns
10gchopped parsley
Grated mozzarella
25gGarlic paste
40gParmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic with the parsley and olive oil.
  2. Slice the eight rolls in half.
  3. Mix well in the garlic–olive oil mixture.
  4. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Mix everything again very well (so the oil mixture is well absorbed into the bread).
  6. Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish.
  7. Sprinkle some grated mozzarella on top.
  8. Bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted and serve.
