Pizza bianco & mortadella
A velvety base of mascarpone and burrata on a light pizza crust.Topped with fior di latte, salty anchovies, a touch of smoked paprika, and mortadella.Ingredients
500gMascarpone
1Sheet pizza
250gBurrata
Fior di latte
Smoked paprika
Anchovies
Mortadella
Fresh lemon
Preparation
- Let the pizza dough thaw.
- Mix the mascarpone with the burrata (using a fork or hand blender).
- Spread the dough with this mixture.
- Sprinkle some fior di latte cheese on top.
- Distribute pieces of anchovy over the entire tray.
- Grate the smoked paprika from the mill over the tray.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
- Place in the oven at 190°C until the cheese is nicely melted.
- Grate lemon zest over it.
- Cut the tray into small pieces with a pizza wheel.
- Place some mortadella on each piece.
