Pizza bianco & mortadella

A velvety base of mascarpone and burrata on a light pizza crust.Topped with fior di latte, salty anchovies, a touch of smoked paprika, and mortadella.

Ingredients

500gMascarpone
1Sheet pizza
250gBurrata
Fior di latte
Smoked paprika
Anchovies
Mortadella
Fresh lemon

Preparation

  1. Let the pizza dough thaw.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the burrata (using a fork or hand blender).
  3. Spread the dough with this mixture.
  4. Sprinkle some fior di latte cheese on top.
  5. Distribute pieces of anchovy over the entire tray.
  6. Grate the smoked paprika from the mill over the tray.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
  8. Place in the oven at 190°C until the cheese is nicely melted.
  9. Grate lemon zest over it.
  10. Cut the tray into small pieces with a pizza wheel.
  11. Place some mortadella on each piece.
