cream plus mascarpone 36.5%
Chocolate ice cream
Sugar
Vanilla
500gcapsule mix
Water
Preparation
- Prepare the sponge cake batter with the amount of eggs and water according to the instructions on the package.
- In two different bowls, take a few spoons of sponge cake batter and place in a separate mixing bowl.
- Color these to the desired shade using a little food coloring and fill a piping bag with it.
- Pipe the 'spots' onto parchment paper and place in the freezer.
- Once frozen, spread the remaining batter over them with a palette knife and bake according to the instructions on the package.
- Whip the cream plus mascarpone with a little sugar and vanilla.
- Spread this between the cooled sponge roll and roll up tightly.
- Serve with a few quenelles of mascarpone cream and chocolate ice cream.
