Panuozzo Campana with caprese

Airy panuozzo with creamy burrata, tomato, sun-dried tomato and basil oil for a fresh caprese experience.

Ingredients

Burrata
Tomato
Arugula
Basil oil
Basil leaves
1Panuozzo Campana
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Preparation

  1. Bake the Panuozzo Campana for about 6–8 minutes in an oven at 220°C.
  2. Open the bread.
  3. Top with arugula and burrata and drizzle with basil oil.
  4. Continue topping with tomato slices, pieces of sun-dried tomato and basil leaves.
