Puccia pugliese with mortadella

Italian puccia filled with mortadella, buffalo mozzarella, arugula and grilled artichoke, drizzled with olive oil.

Ingredients

Olive oil
Buffalo mozzarella
Mortadella
1Puccia Pugliese
Freshly ground black pepper
Grilled artichoke in oil
Arugula

Preparation

  1. Bake the Puccia Pugliese for about 6–8 minutes in an oven at 220°C.
  2. Slice the bread open.
  3. Top with arugula, slices of buffalo mozzarella, freshly ground black pepper, slices of mortadella and pieces of grilled artichoke.
  4. Drizzle the whole thing with a little olive oil.
