This one is topped with sweet peppers, anchovies, burrata, and olive oil caviar.

Ingredients

San Marzano tomatoes
Pinsa Romana
Green asparagus
lamb ham
mozzarella pearls
sweet and sour onion
sweet and sour pepper

Preparation

  1. Let the pinsa breads thaw.
  2. Blend the San Marzano tomatoes into a sauce with fresh herbs and salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the sauce, mozzarella pearls, and green asparagus over the pinsa.
  4. Bake in an oven at 250ÀöC for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Distribute the sweet and sour pepper and sweet and sour onion over the pinsa.
  6. Finally, top with the lamb ham.
