romaine lettuce
30mlSunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Briefly bake the pistolet in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan.
  3. Heat the Redefine Meat pulled pork until it has crispy layers and juicy chunks.
  4. Spoon the barbecue sauce over the pulled pork and let it simmer on low heat.
  5. Slice the pistolet lengthwise and open from the top.
  6. Top the pistolet with some lettuce and add some pulled pork.
  7. Slice the pickles and distribute over the pistolet.
