Honey
22mlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes
Candied ginger
22mlGinger syrup
60mlIsle of Skye 8 Year Old
Preparation
- Enrich the ginger syrup with some honey to taste.
- Pour the Isle of Skye 8 Year Old, the honey-ginger syrup and the lemon juice into a mixing glass.
- Add ice (preferably one large ice cube) and stir for about one minute until well chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a bit of candied ginger, grated or on a cocktail pick if desired.
