Regional burger with avocado and lime miso mayonnaise

Ingredients

brioche hamburger bun
regional beef burger
Tomato
avocado dices
Fried onions
Arugula
lime miso mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Grill the region burger on the barbecue or in a pan.
  3. Dice the tomato and mix with the avocado dices and a little salt and pepper.
  4. Top the bun with the tomato and avocado, the fried onions, the region burger, and the arugula.
  5. Serve with lime miso mayonnaise*.
