Preparation
Step 3
- Bake the Pastridor Rustic Midi Rose Roll White straight from the freezer for 4 minutes in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
- Slice the Midi Rose Roll lengthwise and spread both insides with mascarpone.
- Spoon the marinated mushrooms onto the bottom half of the Rose Roll.
- Add the pickled onions and season with some pepper.
- Add lettuce and garnish with finely chopped chervil.
- Close the Rustic Midi Rose Roll White and serve.
