Salad with smoked duck breast and prepared cranberries according to Didden's recipe.Ingredients
2rapeseed oil
2sherry vinegar
1grain mustard
salt and pepper from the mill
2van Didden prepared cranberries
2Shallots
200gsmoked duck breast
1pine nuts
pepper from the mill
200gmixed lettuce of choice
Preparation
- Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients.
- Chop the shallot.
- Plate: start with the lettuce. Place the duck breast on top. Sprinkle with shallot and pine nuts.
- Pour plenty of vinaigrette over. Finish with pepper.
