
Hamachi sashimi
Thin slices of fresh hamachi, served with soy sauce, Thai oil, and a hint of lime. Roasted sesame seeds
1Thai oil
1Light soy sauce
250gThin slices of hamachi or tuna
1Lime zest
1Grapefruit (segments)
Mint sprigs
Caviar (optional)
Preparation
- Mix the light soy sauce and Thai oil in a bowl.
- Add the juice of half a lime to the mixture.
- Drizzle the thin slices of hamachi or tuna with the soy-oil mixture.
- Garnish the fish with grapefruit segments, toasted sesame seeds, lime zest, and sprigs of mint.
- For a luxurious touch, you can also add some caviar on top of the sashimi.
