Soup with hearts, ideal for surprising a loved one!Ingredients
200gCrème fraîche
2gGelatin sheets
silicone mold micro love n.5
100gWhipped cream
Garnish of choice
Soup of choice
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Bring the cream almost to a boil.
- Dissolve the gelatin sheet in the warm cream.
- Stir in the crème fraîche.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Fill the mold with the mixture and place it in the freezer.
- Remove the frozen hearts from the mold and let them thaw in the fridge.
- Place the hearts in a deep plate with garnish of your choice.
- Pour the hot soup into a small jug and pour it at the table into the plate. You can use a nice lobster bisque for this, but of course, a tasty tomato soup will also work.
