Pastridor skyr bun
20gtomato tapenade
30groasted tomato
20gAsparagus
30gMozzarella
10grocket salad
5gPesto

Preparation

  1. Heat the vegetables and mozzarella together on parchment paper in the oven.
  2. Toast the skyr bun on the inside.
  3. Spread with the tomato tapenade and then top with the vegetables and mozzarella.
  4. Garnish with the arugula.
  5. Finish with a generous spoonful of pesto.
