10gorange mayonnaise
5ggrated carrot
15gpan-fried foie gras
100ggrain-fed beef burger
20units.centiliterskinned orange segments
5reduction of orange juice

Preparation

  1. Defrost the pre-sliced Brioche bun.
  2. Make a mayonnaise with reduced orange juice as a flavoring.
  3. Cook the beef burger and the foie gras.
  4. Toast the brioche bun on the inside.
  5. Spread it with the orange mayonnaise and top with grated carrot.
  6. Arrange the meat and foie gras.
  7. Finish with orange and orange reduction.
