Sriracha Brownies

Sriracha is a spicy chili sauce named after the coastal city of Si Racha (Thailand).

Ingredients

200gDark chocolate
50gCocoa powder
100gmilk chocolate flakes
200gButter
100gFlour
1Vanilla extract
3units.itemsLarge eggs
300gbrown sugar
2Sriracha sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat. Let cool once melted together. Mix with the Sriracha, sugar, and beaten eggs.
  3. Carefully mix with the flour-cocoa powder mixture and then the milk chocolate chips. Grease a shallow, square baking tray, line with baking paper, and pour in the batter.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until done.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
